3. Client Responsibilities
To enable successful execution of HVAC installations or AMC maintenance visits, the client agrees to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to project sites, rooftop units, plant rooms, and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure necessary site power, water, and civil work dependencies are made available prior to technician arrival.
- Supply accurate facility and equipment information required for system design and load calculations.
4. Equipment Warranties & OEM Specifications
- Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment provided (e.g., chillers, outdoor units, cassette ACs) is covered by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty terms.
- Workmanship Warranty: Installation and engineering labor provided by our certified team are backed by our standard workmanship guarantee as outlined in your specific project agreement.
- Warranty Voidance: Warranties may become void if equipment is altered, serviced, or repaired by unauthorized third-party personnel, or operated outside specified manufacturer guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, technical literature, engineering layouts, visual assets, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of the company and protected by copyright and trade laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
